Head of Engineering
Adam has extensive full-stack experience and a proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable software at startup speed. A frontend specialist with deep expertise in React, he is equally comfortable across the stack and in multiple languages including TypeScript, Java, and C#. Adam has worked with companies ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprises, solving engineering challenges in industries as diverse as beauty and skincare, education technology, and aerospace. He is passionate about building software that is both delightful to use and a joy to maintain, with a relentless focus on quality, clarity, and long-term sustainability.
Alec Musheno
Director of Data & Analytics
Alec brings expertise in data analytics and process automation, with experience developing data-driven credit policy strategies at Capital One and implementing automated marketing solutions at NERA Economic Consulting. With a Master’s in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland, he excels at streamlining workflows and leveraging business intelligence to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements.
Andrew Fiedler
UI Architect & Principal Engineer
Andrew is a seasoned UI Architect and Principal Engineer with a career defined by technical “rescues” and high-stakes delivery. He specializes in modernizing legacy architectures and optimizing systems where performance is non-negotiable, having led multi-site engineering teams on complex initiatives for the Australian government. Most recently, Andrew has partnered with high-growth startups to deliver cutting-edge frontend experiences and transform legacy workflows. He combines this technical expertise with a rigorous scientific background, having previously developed analysis software for the Spitzer Space Telescope and co-authored research on galaxy formation.

Conner Nations is a data analyst based in Lawton, Oklahoma. His background centers on working with data to uncover insights, build reports, and help teams make better data-driven decisions. He enjoys digging into datasets, identifying patterns, and transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights. He has always been drawn to solving puzzles and complex problems, which naturally carries over into his work as a data analyst - where each dataset presents a new challenge to explore, interpret, and piece together into a meaningful story.

A technology leader with deep expertise in software engineering, data systems, and product development, Daniel brings a rare ability to translate complex educational challenges into practical, scalable technical solutions. His career spans both K-12 education and the technology sector, giving him a unique perspective on how technology can meaningfully support educators, students, and organizations.
Jared Stein
CEO
Jared Stein is the CEO of School Harbor and works directly with clients to develop product strategy, design market research, and plan go-to-market initiatives. Before founding the edtech consulting firm Rarebird in 2023, he spent over a decade at Instructure in VP-level product strategy roles, helping Canvas grow into the global market leader. Jared previously worked in universities for 12+ years building online programs and launching campus-wide technology initiatives. Jared is the author of Essentials for Blended Learning: A Standards-Based Guide and frequently writes and speaks about the role of technology in education.

He has an MBA from The George Washington University and a background in public policy, economics, and finance.

His tooling and improvements empower workflows for his teams and end users. Ricky has spent the last 15 years in the .NET ecosystem and has delivered cross-stack with React and Typescript, supported by a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He plays a key role at at School Harbor solving real-world problems and challenges with reliable and extensible software.

Full Stack Engineer
Scott is a software engineer with extensive experience supporting charter school operations and growth. He specializes in building data pipelines that collect, standardize, and centralize data to support informed decision-making. He has developed custom API integrations with CRM and SIS platforms, including HubSpot and PowerSchool. Scott primarily works in C# and SQL, with experience in Python.
