With a Master’s in Marketing Analytics from the University of Maryland, he excels at streamlining workflows and leveraging business intelligence to drive informed decision-making and operational improvements. 

Andrew is an experienced and efficient front-end software engineer specializing in UI Architecture who has led and managed initiatives on improving system performance and scaling web applications for companies such as The University of Arizona and IBM.

Daniel Crook is an experienced software and data expert, with a solid background in software engineering, software architecture, data analytics and systems administration. His career is defined by significant leadership roles in K-12 education as well as software engineering with tech companies. Daniel is skilled at integrating existing technologies with custom development to deliver innovative and strategic solutions. He also excels at leading teams, fostering technical talent, agile project management, and developing technical roadmaps and strategy.

Jenna Catalon Songer is the Co-Founder and President of School Harbor Creative. She excels at developing impactful campaigns, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth for schools and EdTech companies. With years of experience as a marketing professional, Jenna is committed to helping educational organizations elevate their brand, connect with their audiences, and achieve lasting success.

Kevin Hesla is committed to leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize impact for educational organizations and improve student outcomes. Kevin has over a decade of experience in education policy, research, and data analysis, including leadership roles at the Charter School Growth Fund and the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools. He has an MBA from The George Washington University and a background in economics and finance.

Letty is a UX/UI Designer and Consultant with a Bachelor's and Master's in Education. With extensive experience as a teacher, corporate training administrator, and instructional designer, she excels in creating intuitive and beautiful educational technology. Letty is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences through innovative and user-centered design.

Melia Curl is a UX Researcher and Designer, with over six years of professional experience in the Education field. With a background in Human Factors Engineering and UX, Melia is dedicated to creating tailored experiences that are accessible, intuitive, and satisfying for users of all ability levels. She enjoys turning complex problems into clear, user-friendly solutions that guide users naturally through every interaction.

Nick has a passion for visualizing information, surfacing insights and automating processes to help clients make data-informed decisions. He has a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate valuable information. Nick is proficient in a variety of technology tools, including Python, Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Prior to joining School Harbor Nick worked as a healthcare facility planning consultant, and also has experience as an analyst for K-8 schools.

Ricky is a skilled full stack engineer specializing in C# and the .NET stack. His blend of front-end creativity and back-end efficiency enables him to build standout, user-friendly applications. Always eager for new challenges, he embraces innovative tech solutions and continuously seeks to expand his knowledge.
