Improving the user experience of an innovative learning app
Client Overview
Wibly is an education software platform created by Nick Farrenkopf, a math tutor and chemical engineer. Wibly uses dynamic “knowledge trees” to visualize relationships between complex concepts, making learning more intuitive and engaging.
Challenge
Wibly had developed an initial proof-of-concept product that simplified complex topics using visualized knowledge trees. The client wanted the next version of the product to have more visual appeal and improved usability, with a cohesive brand identity to effectively engage its audience.
Solution
School Harbor Creative began by conducting UX Research sessions to understand user pain points and areas of opportunity. We then revamped the UI based on UX Research insights, collaborating with the client via Figma designs. Our creative team also created a new brand identity with updated imagery and colors to reflect and engage the target audience- middle and high school learners and educators.
Result
School Harbor Creative delivered an refreshed website landing page featuring the new UI design and updated brand identity, showcasing the features and benefits of the platform. We also developed a scalable messaging repository to streamline PR and marketing efforts, enabling easier outreach and promotional efforts for the client.

Branding

“I think one of the things that has surprised me the most is the caliber of people working at School Harbor. Everybody's 10 out of 10, like such great personalities, very optimistic. A lot of good ideas.”
