Refining a brand through a focused website redesign

Client Overview

ResilientED trains and supports new teachers to improve K-12 retention. They provide curriculum, consulting, coaching, and community for new teachers to help keep new teachers teaching.

Challenge

Faced with the challenge of succinctly portraying their services and speaking to education decision makers, ResilientED partnered with School Harbor Creative to reimagine their website branding and messaging.

Solution

School Harbor Creative re-built their website in Wix focusing on conciseness, accessibility, and brand consistency. SHC defined a fresh brand identity to complement their new logo and collaborated with ResilientED to update messaging. SHC also improved content optimization, streamlined the sitemap, and enhanced SEO to improve discoverability.

Result

ResilientED cut site content by more than half, focusing on high-impact messaging that keeps visitors engaged and reduces bounce rates. The site now ranks higher in search thanks to improved indexing, Google Search Console integration, and stronger metadata. Refined titles, meta descriptions, and alt text make the site easier to find and more accessible. Visitors can now navigate with ease, creating a seamless experience that builds engagement and supports long-term success.
